The work is a series of six sequential sound sculptures for a 3-9-3 3D-audio sound projector, a subwoofer and changing architectures, in which all experimentation leads to traces. The work explicitly deals with the (im)possibilities of ephemeral sound sculptures as reality resulting from virtuality. "simmrrrn 2.1" searches for ways to professionalise strategies of Amateurism, Minimalism, Dada and Glitch in XR and higher-order loudspeaker environments, to contrast the spotless appearances of common media products and foster a fundamental aesthetic debate on immersive effects and phenomena.
