Excerpts from a performance at ZKM from April 2025 in collaboration with CERN: Sounds of singing sands from the Rub'al Khali desert resonate with the crackling of thawing ice and the clicking of a particle accelerator at CERN. Inspired by theories of the end of the universe, these sounds have been collected during explorations of how states of instability can shape new forms – how disintegration brings forth new structures.
