Cubicles draws on the six-channel setup provided by the CMKK6 concert at the CUBUS performance space of the KULTUM center in Graz in October 2025. As a live improvisation, the piece entangles six virtual feedback systems with one physical feedback system in the performance space. The virtual systems are based on impulse response measurements of six loudspeakers from the IEM CUBE, arranged in a layout mirroring that of the CUBUS.
