Seiichiro Matsumura is a composer, a sound and interaction designer and Professor at School of Design, Tokyo University of Technology in Japan. His career started with Sega as an arcade video game sound designer. He learned at the Institute of Sonology course of Royal Conservatory the Hague in the Netherlands, then he received Ph. D. of The University of Tokyo in Japan.
