Pär Johansson (b. 1972) has been active as a composer of electroacoustic music since 1999, and is a member of SEAMS (The Society for Electroacoustic Music in Sweden), Fylkingen, and FST (The Swedish Society of Composers). He works as a music librarian at the Music and Theatre Library of Sweden. Johansson studied electroacoustic music at Elektronmusikstudion EMS in 1995–1997 for Anders Blomqvist, Lars-Gunnar Bodin, Andreas Hedman, Jens Hedman, Erik Mikael Karlsson and Peter Lundén. He holds a M. A. in library and information science from Uppsala University, and a M. Sc. in computer engineering from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
