linktr.ee/jeanvoguet Coming from futuristic noise music, he is a composer of electronic and contemporary music who pursues research into the notions of Acousmatic Geophonies & Heterotopias, as well as the context in which his works are presented (environment, immersivity …). Since 2016, he has devoted himself exclusively to 3D multichannel acousmatic composition, first in 16 channels with the last four stations of his « Odyssée » and in 2023 with «gê ». In 2025, while working his first 32-channel work, « Oneiroi », he developed the concept of volumiphony. His concern for the great myths of humanity, the poetic memory of human labor and machines, and his multiform artistic collaborations have led him to present his « Odyssée », his « instants sonores », his « Jeux & Variations MiDi » (live electronic performances), concerts featuring airplanes or agricultural tractors, and multidisciplinary events … at numerous international festivals and events around the world as well as in most European countries. He founded and has directed the CRANE lab since 1993 - research center for heterotopia, acousmatic music, volumophony, action art & ethics of art.
