Avenar Banföldi graduated in Electronic Music Media Art in the class of Andrea Szigetvári at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in Budapest. He is currently doing his Master's degree in the class of Wolfgang Heiniger at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin. His main focuses are spatial audio and live performance. His compositions were performed in Poland at Krakow Audio Art Festival, in Germany in Karlsruhe at ZKM, in Berlin at Klangwerkstatt festival and also in Hungary at multiple places and festivals.
