Jakob Gille began his formal education at the HfM Dresden, where he studied composition and music theory. During this time he worked during an artist residency at ZKM Karlsruhe together with the Akusmonium GRM Paris. In his compositions, he focuses on the work with 3D Audio, especially Ambisonics.
